Robocoko's Working Guide to WNBA Nicknames

      From Breezy to EWeezy

      · Guide

If you want to be a WNBA fan, it's important to get down the lingo. No, I don't mean understanding what PIPM means, I mean knowing how to address the athletes. What's cooler, explaining that Brittney Sykes was in the 84th percentile in defensive win shares1 this year, or asking someone if they saw Slim's monster block on BG?

As stated in the title this is a working document, which is office-speak for, I am not calling it final so I can't be dinged for any mistakes, so please politely let me know if you have any additions or corrections in the comments. Shoutout to Eric Nemchock for the multiple suggestions.
